Alfred Debattista is a banker by profession, having worked with Bank of Valletta for the past 28 years. He has served in various roles within the bank’s branch network, Training Centre, Corporate Centre and presently occupies the role of Health & Safety Manager. Alfred is also a freelance management trainer, delivering training and consultancy to the private sector.
Calvin Cassar is currently employed as Human Resources Manager at FTIAS, part of FTI GmbH, a multi-national company operating in the tourism industry. He holds particular interest and expertise in recruitment, assessment and quantitative analyses having gained exposure in these through academic as well as work experiences.
Chris Camilleri, is the Service Support Department Manager of Computer Domain. He has been in the IT sector with close relation to the educational sector for the last decade. He is one of the key players in the E-learning system implemented by the Maltese Government in all Governments schools in Malta and Gozo.
David J. Dingli is the managing consultant of Resource Productivity Consulting Services, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, operational efficiency improvements and management development & training. Dr. Emanuel Camilleri occupies the post of Director General (Strategy and Operations Support), Ministry of Finance. Emanuel has extensive local and overseas experience in information management applications, and holds academic qualifications in information management, accountancy, engineering and business management.
Ing. Francis Farrugia occupies the post of Head of the Standardisation Directorate of the Malta Standards Authority (MSA). He also lectures at the Henley Management College in Malta.
Jonathan Cremona has over five years experience in he tourism sector marketing Malta as an English Language teaching destination. His transition to the Conference and Incentives sector introduced him to the automotive industry, where he now markets popular brands such as Fiat Alfaromeo, Hyundai, Toyota and Lexus. Professor Malcolm McDonald MA(Oxon) MSc PhD DLitt DSc Emeritus Professor, Cranfield University School of Management, was recently cited as one of the top marketing gurus in the world, along with Philip Kotler and Michael Porter and, has been named as one of the top ten consultants in the UK. He is now Emeritus Professor at Cranfield University School of Management where, until recently, he was Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director. Formerly Marketing Director of Canada Dry, he is Chairman of six companies and works with many of the operating boards of the world’s biggest multinationals on every continent. He is the author of over 40 books, many of which have been translated into several foreign languages and has published hundreds of articles and papers.
